Medical Camp & Circumcision
NAID and the Rotary Club of Jalalabad, Sylhet, held a two day clinical services. At Hampton Pur, Osmani Nagar, NAID provided medical help to poverty stricken people, circumcision clinics, Child & Mother Care clinics and medical camps.

Volunteers Receive Good Wishes From Prince Of Wales
A reception was held on St. David's Day at Clarence House, London by His Royal Highness The Prince Of Wales. Over 100 guests were invited to the reception by The Prince Of Wales, among them was George Thomas volunteers, also Dilwar Ali, one of the volunteer and Secretary of NAID. The Prince Of Wales thanked everyone for attending the event and wished the Charity the best for the future.

First Minister of Wales Presents Certificates At ESOL Awards Ceremony
The First Minister of Wales, Carwyn Jones, congratulated 17 adult learners and presented them with their ESOL certificate of achievement towards the Trinity College London and a Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life (all modes) qualification Entry Level 1 courses provided by the NAID institution. Dilwar Ali then presented the crest to the First Minister and other guests.

Links Between Wales & Bangladesh Strengthened
Julie Morgan, MP for Cardiff North, and Julian Phillips, Wales’ Consul to Finland enjoyed a purposeful visit to Bangladesh with Anwar Ali of NAID, Cardiff. The delegation visited Dhaka, Moulavi Bazaar, Kulaura, and Sylhet, which is the home area of most people from Bangladesh who live in South Wales.

MP & First Minister Praise ESOL Exam Success
The Rt Hon Rhodri Morgan, ‘First Minister for Wales and Julie Morgan, MP for Cardiff North, were delighted to present certificates in English to 16 people from across South Wales who had achieved the first grade of the ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) qualification. 46 more people are currently working towards the qualification.

NAID Advisor - Abdullah Al Moshoud (Foaud) Visits UK - August 2007
During Abdullah Al Moshoud (Foaud) visit to the UK in summer 2007. He visited many cities around the UK. While visiting the many cities, he attended many meetings for both NAID and Nizamia Bishkuti Organisation. Abdullah Al Moshoud (Foaud), Advisor for NAID, was Ghief Guest at a NAID general meeting, where he discussed many issues about Bangladesh and that NAID can help to resolve these issues.

Food Safety Certificates Are Dished Out To Trainee Chefs.
The thirteen trainees received certificates of Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering on the 16th January 2007, which was distributed by Cllr Sophie Howe and Dilwar Ali, AMRSH of NAID.

 Appeal for Orphan Sponsorships
NAID has been given a major boost thanks to a £2000 donation from Barclays.
The money will be used to fund the production of 50,000 leaflets promoting the work of the charity. The distribution and postages cost are supported by Joynur Travel, izzitech.com and Eurolinen Services.

The visit is a part of continuing collaboration between IUBAT and NAID for sustained development of the degree program in Tourism and Hospitality program at IUBAT.

  NAID Helps Build A Education Centre.
Anwar Ali and Ana Miah visited Madrasha – E- Amdadul Uloom (Kaboasthan) Mogra Kanda, Savar, Dhaka and local community requested to NAID built new building for young childrens for education centre with and Madrasha, so local children’s can have their education in a safe, clean environment. The NAID have agreed to support the project and have completed the building as shown above right.

NAID continually, provides training to caterers of all communities in South Wales. This course is in high demand, and it benefits, all those in the catering industry. HACCP and Food Hygiene Certificate are distributed by Ana Miah, Deputy Executive of NAID.
