Food Safety Certificates Are Dished Out To Trainee Chefs

The thirteen trainees received certificates of Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering on the 16th January 2007, which was distributed by Cllr Sophie Howe and Dilwar Ali, AMRSH of NAID. Cllr Sophie Howe said, “I am delighted to present these certificates to people who have achieved the Level 2 Catering Award and am particularly pleased to be able to do this in the India Gate in my own ward of Whitchurch. It is clear that having highly skilled and well trained staff is what makes Wales a competitive economy and organisations like NAID play a vital role in providing training which is targeted at ethnic minority communities”
