Appeal for Orphan Sponsorships

NAID is an acronym and stands for “Nationwide Association for Integrated Development” Charity No: 1104093 and has been given a major boost thanks to a £2000 donation from Barclays. The money will be used to fund the production of 50,000 leaflets promoting the work of the charity. The distribution and postages cost are supported by Joynur Travel, izzitech.com and Eurolinen Services.
Richard Crew, Local Business Manager said, “ At Barclays we are committed to looking after local communities and we are delighted to support NAID (Nationwide Association for Integrated Development). This is a great opportunity for us to help make a real and lasting difference by supporting a broad range of causes at a very local level.”
The funds come from Barclays Community Investment Programme, which in 2005 donated £39.1 million, or 1% of UK pre-tax profits.

NAID is a charitable organization dedicated to human welfare. We earnestly believe and highly respect individual human values. Therefore, individual development is the utmost aim of NAID. Because we believe like you that “sand dunes make a desert as drops of dews make an ocean”.

Dilwar Ali, General Secretary, NAID said, “We all should support the causes of the Orphanage Projects, so far NAID has sponsored 20 Orphans this year in Dhaka, Sylhet, Moulvi Bazar, Sunamgonj and Habigonj in Bangladesh”. Sponsorship for Orphans only costs £15 – £20 per month including their food, clothes, education and medical needs. We want your kind help and generous support. Donation forms are available @ www.naid.org.uk or please send your donations to: NAID, 314 Caerphilly Road, Cardiff, CF14 4NT.
